Refunds and Exchanges guidelines.

We will happily accept a refund or exchange for any of our products within 30 days of the purchase date as long as the individual packaging boxes for each piece is unopened and the display boxes have not been put together/ attempted to be put together. For both exchange or refund, you will be responsible for shipping costs to return the product back to us.

Damaged goods 

IF products are damaged please ensure for a refund or replacement you have taken pictures of the damaged goods in its clear inner packaging or if you only see the damages after removing the inner packaging you also take pictures of any chips and damages and contact us immediately with an email detailing the damages with proof. Email all these details to or contact us via the "contact us" area on the home page.

After this we will proceed the return process and if successful send you another product free of charge and free shipping 


Refunds ( if applicable)

If you have followed the Returns/ Refund guideline and have not opened the packaging and you want to return due to change of mind the process will go as followed. Once we have received the product and has been inspected we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item and will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If refund is approved please allow minimum 3 days for you to see the money refunded back into your account.


Shipping address 

If your refund/ exchange has been approved we will send via email the address in which you will have to send the products to.


Missing refunds 

If you haven't received a refund yet before contacting us please regularly check your account as from the date of approval of the refund it can take up to a week before you see the money back into your account. If the refund still hasn't come into your account then contact your bank. If this fails too, please send us an email at and we will help you.
